Post honest listings
- Film the actual car you are selling, recently. Show the outside, the interior, the dashboard with the mileage, and the engine.
- Enter the real price, mileage and regional spec (GCC, US, EU or other). No placeholder prices like AED 1.
- Mention any accident damage, repairs or problems you know about.
- One car per listing, and only one listing per car.
- Take the listing down once the car is sold.
Respect people
- No harassment, insults, threats, hate or discrimination, in videos, profiles or messages.
- No sexual content or nudity, and nothing violent or shocking.
- Don’t film or show people who haven’t agreed to it.
- Don’t share anyone’s private information, such as a phone number, address, Emirates ID or number plate, without their permission.
- If someone says no, or stops replying, leave it there.
No scams
- No fake listings, and no listings for cars you don’t have.
- Never ask for a deposit, a transfer or gift cards before the buyer has seen the car.
- Don’t pretend to be another person, a dealer or Kwayes.
- Don’t send links that ask people to sign in, pay or download something.
Keep it to cars
- Kwayes is for cars for sale in the UAE. No other goods or services, and no ads for other businesses.
- No stolen vehicles, cars with forged papers, or anything else illegal in the UAE.
- Nothing offensive to religion, public morals or public order in the UAE.
Only post what’s yours
Use videos you filmed yourself. Don’t add copyrighted music, and don’t reuse another seller’s video or photos.
What happens if you break them
We review every report within 24 hours. Depending on what happened, we remove the content, warn you, limit your account, or ban you from Kwayes for good. There is zero tolerance for abuse, sexual content, scams and anything involving a minor: those mean an immediate ban, and we report crimes to the UAE authorities.

How to report
- A listing: open it and tap Report this listing, then pick a reason. Your report is anonymous.
- A user: open their profile and tap Report, or Block to stop them contacting you.
- Anything else: email support@kwayes.com.
If someone is in danger, call the police on 999 first.
