Our standards
- Kwayes is a car marketplace for adults. You must be 18 or over to have an account.
- Any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, grooms or endangers a minor is forbidden, in listings, profiles and messages. So is any attempt to contact a minor through Kwayes.
- These rules are part of our terms of use and community guidelines, and breaking them leads to an immediate, permanent ban.
How to report
- In the app: report the listing (Report this listing) or the user from their profile, and choose the closest reason.
- By email: support@kwayes.com, with the username or a link to the listing.
- If a child is in immediate danger, call the police on 999.
What we do
- We review child safety reports first, and always within 24 hours.
- We remove the content, ban the account and keep the evidence needed by investigators.
- We report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the competent UAE authorities, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where relevant, as the law requires.
- We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
